I got to see both Grinchmas and the Macy's Holiday Parade yesterday afternoon, and I enjoyed both!
I've seen the parade many times before, but this was the first time I saw Grinchmas. I thought it was a very nice holiday show! It wasn't grand or flashy, but I don't think that's what it tries to be. It has good holiday music, some humor, and it's appropriate for the holidays. The lady playing Martha May was a very good singer, and definitely stood out. The narrator and the Grinch were also very good. Max the dog was awesome Well, everyone was very good! It was quite short, so you can't get that much plot in there, but I thought it was a nice abridged adaptation of the Grinch's story and you definitely get the moral of the story. Nice job, Universal!
