Just dropping in to say stay safe and take care to everyone in Irma's path.
As I'm anticipating a loss of power at some point starting Sunday, I will not have access to the site.
Check I-4 cameras. Not too bad right nowwhat are the roads like from Tampa to Orlando now?
I'd imagine they are getting snarled up with Tampa looking to get a battering.
Can anyone update?
If people are thinking of getting out I would say its now or never, I'm no expert but having watched a lot on the news over here I have a good grasp of things. Whatever you do guys stay safe and follow advice given by the authoritie where you can.
Halfway between Tampa and Bradenton about 15 miles from Tampa bay. Along the Little Manatee river.
Look for the one dark area on the east side of the bay. I live in the dark.
it's moving pretty good for having so much of South Florida being evacuated.Yikes. I've been down that way. Not much I can say except good luck!
And yeah, i4 appears stupid slow...

Those things aren't waterproof!
Stay safe and hunker! I'm in the path and still don't think I will have it as much as you willI live in close to Mimi beach and it's pretty bad over here, nevertheless praying for everyone being affected.
I guess they think they can swim in 15 foot seas. Sad....The real question is why are people even still on the island.
