So strange but yet so cool in that angle, really looks like a jungle

Nope, I've only ridden it once and it was cool but it's impossible to get on it now. Even if I had a kid those waits are hell. I'll just play around in the camp Jurassic caves instead

Those caves are awesome, just wish they were bigger! If they ever do the wooden coaster, I would love for it to go through a cave system like that!

Seriously, I wish I spent more time in camp Jurassic as a kid instead of if I ran the zoo or olive. It would've blew my mind back then. I went into it last year for s**ts and giggles and I kept saying to myself "how did I live without this all my life?" Officially the most underrated thing in the resort

Any updates on what's left of the arch? Is it completely gone yet?

Geeez, I still find it fun... if not just exploring, watching the kids with the water blasters is a hoot.

Agreed, that it's the most under rated attraction in the resort. I'm not a kid, but I have a great time exploring & traversing the area. It's better than Tom Sawyer Island at WDW.

No no I love CJ, went into it last year not expecting much but it blew my mind, also love the other play grounds though they aren't in the same league whatsoever

Am I the only one who thinks this new Kong site (although I am 100% FOR a Kong addition in and of itself) is really messing with the "island theme" for ISLANDS of Adventure!? MSHI, Toon Lagoon, Jurrasic Park, Harry Potter, Lost Continent (what's left of it) and Suess Landing, all have a common theme of being total themed areas with more than one thing to do, see, and eat, then this area jutting out to the side between 2 "lands" just doesn't make thematic sense to me I guess.. Am I wrong? Or is this going to be another "island" with food/merch as well, and not just a small gift shop at the exit, don't think there is enough room back there for this to be an entire land though. Just seems out of place I guess, would have made more thematic sense to me to close the toon theater and take out the midway games and add an entire "Skull Island", THIS I would understand and would make perfect sense thematically..

I'm thinking what they would do to solve this problem is rename the whole area "Lost World' or something along those lines and within it have "Skull Island" and "Jurassic Park".

I don't see anything wrong with just a Skull Island with one ride, it would only bother a small amount of people.

When I think of Island/Land/Section or whatever I think of More than one Attraction and Multiple Shops, Eateries , Well Themed. It was hard for me to Call DA a LAND only having one attraction but it clearly is with the multiple shops , eateries, interactions, and show and attraction. To me It just needs to have a bit of all of that mixed in some how>

Tranformers Twister to me all have the attraction and stores but are not lands you know? IDK. Its weird though! But Skull Island would be neat!

The island motif was broken when Hogsmede came in and split lost continent. I would think they could still keep the concept here with JP since Kong's ride itself is an island that is seperated.

God damn you and your teases lol. I never really got the islands motif, besides the bridge from SL to LC nothing screams these are islands to me (you could say the waterfront but that's a little bit of a stretch). It's more like a big donut to me with all the rides being little sprinkles

Not really a tease. It's pretty obvious LC will become more Potter. At least in my mind.
