Nice! So it seems the era of construction walls is continuing at a very steady pace

And... an update!

I have since found out that while my idea is generally correct, the actual standing room/viewing area will be far more intimate and small (less than 1/4 of the space in the picture above). However, I was also told that the overall presentation plus viewing area will use nearly that entire space and that quite a bit of construction is coming.

So, what kind of construction and how it will play out remains an intriguing enigma. I am curious and somewhat excited about what it is they are up to.

Interesting that there will be a lot left over of the old Trike plot here, seemingly.

What are the chances of the Trike trail (excluding the pens) being opened as a guest area for people to walk through at their own pace? Not really an attraction, just an open trail to explore? It could add to the JP theme nicely, especially if they have all the sound effects and TV monitors up and running.

That's a great idea. Costs shouldn't be too high to refurb the existing infrastructure, spruce up the area and add a few new innovations.

To be honest, I wonder why they didn't do that years ago... lock up the trike barns and just have recurring dino sounds coming out of them... more sounds coming from behind the electric fences too. It would have been an interesting get away walk setting the story.

Looking forward to hearing more! I wonder if what I heard about the staff working with the Raptors dressing up as Owen (Chris Pratt) will pan out.

An updated, relatively accurate clarification: blue=guests, green=show, yellow=off limits backstage.

Fun stuff huh? I have since been told that the coming construction will be very Jurassic Park.

Ok, so that's why I heard a barn would be used.

I'd bet on the costume looking similiar to Owen and the Raptors being all four of the movies squad is true as well.

Even less space than expected. Wonder if they still have designs for the rest of that area.

So I guess they're removing the big rock? So I guess all the digging they're doing is removing all the planters and things in the walk way that would block something to be rolled out?

I have no idea really... but I would expect this to be a vague $500K-$2 million. It is less guest space than I expected too, but let us see how far they allow it to be filled out... if it is filled out.

Ahh... something I know. The Triceratops rock is staying. Good question.

Looks like it would initially handle a Transformers Meet & Greet size crowd & certainly less than a Blues Brothers crowd.

I am always a little bit amazed by the locations of many themed design and execution companies. Below is where I believe the the dino costumes for the new show are being created, right in the middle of the countryside of Oregon.

He basically created all things puppets for the Orlando Theme Parks. From Jamin Jungle Floats to Tales of the Beedle Bard.
