No, there is not. Could there be one in the future? That's the rumor... We'll see what happens. Plans change, and sometimes information gets down to other people either incorrectly or exaggerated. Anything is possible with Universal, though.

To be fair, the naysayers that I am aware of based it on their belief that Universal does not own the backstage area (the path that the train takes between USF and IoA). Speaking for myself, I was always on board with the train idea.
