Disney, in all honesty, doesn't have much of a say. Marvel is contracually obligated to "act rationally" when approving a new concept from Universal. They can't say no for the sake of saying no.

I was not told where in MSHI it would go, but that area makes the most sense.

Yeah, I heard about this over a month ago. I was waiting for someone else to throw it out there, but I think it's getting buried in DA/5th hotel/water park/3rd gate excitement.

There are so many things up in the air. I heard Marvel talk, but not what it would actually be. I trust the person that mentioned it to me, but it wasn't enough to share. There are just so many rumors it's hard to share everything, because I'm sure some will be moved, cancelled, or have budget cuts. Still Marvel has at least been looked at, it seems.

I'll lay out all the info I was given. Universal has pitched to Disney, an Ironman indoor launched B&M flyer. They want it launched so they can build it in a show building with extensive themeing. Uni Creative would like another crack at themeing a big boy coaster. And it would be the first launched flyer.

Universal is only allowed to use the comic book versions of the Marvel characters.
