The last thing I heard about Okinawa was now for a Disney park, that was a few days ago, although I was half asleep and don't remember where I read it.

The 'My Account' thing is interesting.

If there is ease of logging in it would open special interactivity in the parks if you've completed levels in the game. And the other way around, visiting the parks could open special levels in game.

So regarding Universal and International Drive transit.

Excerpt from OBJ, Since i am mobile.

  • International Drive transit lanes: Bids for this project to extend transit lanes from the Superstop on Destination Parkway up International Drive, across Via Mercado to Universal Boulevard and up to Sand Lake Road will release sometime in mid-2016 and run into 2017. Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2017.
With that, this may shed light on what may be to come...

That project is for mostly I Drive. It only travels on Universal Blvd. for about 1/4 mile.

I know. My point was that we can now see what kind of transit is built to see what the county feels is sustainable for the area. Just from a curiosity standpoint.

Taking it with a grain of salt, considering some of his track record is..scratched..

Jim Hill on the Unofficial Universal Orlando Podcast mentioned about Nintendo that since Diagon Alley, Universal has realized with Nintendo not to go small with the IP; and to go much larger than anticipated..

Considering also that the 450 Acres have..well...been seemingly bought (With no confirmation) it could make sense that Nintendo has been pushed back to more..larger measures.

I am hoping that Universal doesn't carry any of the IP's currently in use at IOA and USF, to this new park. That would bake my ziti.

I mean... I've been saying... if they're going to make a third park, the Mushroom Kingdom would be the perfect family area. Have Mushroom Kingdom in park 3 as one of the new major draws, and start from somewhere else for the KidZone revamp. Maybe they can change the plans for Secret Life of Pets so it goes in KidZone instead? And maybe they can add another Minion attraction there based off the spinoff movies, or even relocate the current one and make it more in line with the Hollywood version.

I would think Nintendo will go into USF first due to the time frame. A third park would probably be too far down the road for Nintendo's or Universal's satisfaction. But, of course, a phase two for the third park could be a consideration out there.

If Zelda isn't included in USF, it, almost assuredly, would end up in the 3rd gate.

I've said it before. Use Mario, DK, Yoshi, etc. in USF and put Zelda in the third park with a whole land to itself.

Why do people on this site put any stock in what comes out of Jim Hill's mouth? Have you just not been around long enough to know his history? The guy is despised by nearly everyone I know at Disney and UO. His "rumors", if not started by himself, are usually based on talking to a park worker, then reinterpreting and expanding it in his own mind. You know that rumor stereotype of "The Disney bus driver told me...", that was started by Jim Hill, who used to post his Rumor Round-Up or whatever with that type of drivel.

Pretty much every time I see Jim Hill on here I see, "For what it is worth..." or "Take with a grain of salt". So I don't think anyone takes him serious, but it doesn't hurt to say what he said. He once in a blue moon hits one lol

The president of Nintendo outlined his plans for 2016 and mentioned theme parks.
Kimishima claims the expansion to smartphones and theme parks, but also to movies and TV animes (via character licensing) is progressing.

I wouldn't hold my breath. I think construction will start, but I'm not expecting to hear anything until F&F and Fallon open, at the very least

To be honest; i'm expecting Fall 2017, we get info of Nintendo for Orlando and Japan to be revealed, and Hollywood would be saved for 2018 as I think Hollywood may be the most different in terms of Space and theming.
