[/QUOTE]But we're not talking about news and sports, we're talking about scripted and appealing content in which I happened to talk about adult-animation and most people get their news from websites and sports on TV rather than on a streaming service dedicated to entertainment like Disney + and HBO Max. Peacock currently doesn't have that except the old shows people have seen a million times and wants new content. So stick to the topic. And trust me, you're downplaying the importance of adult-animation, which is still widely popular in the entertainment industry, in no part thanks to Netflix bringing in creators in serving new content that they won't get on broadcast and even cable TV.
You know what I think? NBCUniversal should start investing in adult-animated shows/movies because many other streaming services like Disney-owned Hulu, Netflix, and HBO Max are developing them too which would certainly grab the audiences by the tens of thousands. They need a few more appealing content than just live-action sitcoms like Brooklyn 99 and Superstore.
Which is what they already have in nonscripted programming already. Not everyone wants fictional programming. Look at the one of the most talked about shows on Disney+ is the Imagineering story. Also you keep going about how Peacock only has old shows when people have literally posted about the new shows they will have for the service in which you have dismissed consistently because its not suited for you. Guess what?
And also since you want to talk about Netflix and how popular animation is. Their top shows weren't even animated worldwide and oh yea one of them will be on this service (Dirty John).
