Not really, people just choose what tasted the best lol. It's not like they're forced to drink gallons of soda at a time and have to decide what is too sweet. If Pepsi really was too sweet to be drank on a normal basis, it would be too sweet for a bunch of blind taste-testers as well.

. But I hear you about kitchen equipment and operations. The thing is, I'm not a food connoisseur, I taste what I taste and don't really notice many subtle differences. I'm guessing that's why my reaction to the burgers and pizzas in Springfield have been less stellar than everyone else's when compared to other burgers and pizzas around the park. I think the cheese sauce is disgusting and besides the thousand-island dressing, a Krusty Burger tastes exactly the same to me as every other burger around the park (same with the pizza).
Then again, maybe I'm not crazy and a lot of this new taste comes from the fact that it's Springfield (hence my Coke example). In any case, didn't mean to de-rail the thread, just wanted to know if anyone else found all the food options (sans the tacos, donuts, and other new offerings) were simply on-par with regular theme park fare. I guess not
