I'll just point out that while DHS didn't add any new attractions and actually closed one, they did have the only real "Frozen" things on property happening there in order to get people through the gates, so it is possible they grew attendance simply because everyone visiting with a Frozen crazy little girl HAD to go there for the singalong and other nonsense they did on the cheap.
