At least for epress in Hulk you get a few glimpses at the monitors in the main queue room.
ANd to elaborate on the story line of the ride: You've found your way into Bruce Banner's lab, where he's been working tirelessly to try to rectify his big little problem. The TV monitors usually show news reports with the occasional random light show. The Dr. is about to put into action his latest attempt to rid himself of his alter ego by exposing himself to the gamma rays that caused the problem, in hoped they willo cause the opposite effect. We're the idiot tourists who follow him into the tube. Well all's going well until systems start malfunctioning and warning signals flash. The gamma rays shoot off and, simultaneousely, Banner goes into his rage, and we get morphed into the Hulk ourselves by the rays. We then go on a subsequent rampage across the city, eventually calming down and returning to our normal selves. I see the ride itself as an extention of the story line. It follows through to the moment you unbuckle your seatbelt.
