Yep. MK still does well, but the other three parks really appear to be struggling. It looks like Frozen really didn't bring any additional traffic into the park. The ride lines are probably long because capacity is so poor & the ride breaks down often. And the Meet & Greet lines are only a fraction of what they were when Anna & Elsa were in MK. That M&G short lines speaks volumes.

The M&G lines are low because FP+ is not offered in Epcot like it was for MK. That is going to cut the wait time down. Also, how many times can you meet the same characters? So many people may be skipping if they did it years past. Now I think all parks are having attendance issues, but the M&G cut I don't think shows that picture.

C'mon Izzy. Anna & Elsa's 10 minutes right now at mid day. Even on busy days it's not much more than that. When they first had the M&G for Anna & Elsa at MK it didn't offer FP and it had two, three and four hour lines. Then they offered Fast Pass and the lines were still long up until the time they moved it over to Epcot. Frozen's interest is subsiding for sure. But, if it was at MK still instead of Epcot, the lines would be a heck of a lot longer than the are at Epcot. MK is the crown jewel still going strong. The other three parks are struggling and living off of MK's rep......And WDW isn't largely a locals park like Disneyland. Many of those tourists visiting WDW are there for the first time ever, or for the first time in the past few years. Plenty of little tourist princesses & princes that haven't been in an Anna & Elsa line yet. :)

The fact that there are three sets of Anna and Elsa there says Disney expected more people. The lines for princesses at MK are likely much longer. I think this is a case of WDW wanting to switch some of the princess/Frozen fans to EPCOT but not having nearly as much success as they hoped for.

WDW would dearly like to get more of the MK traffic to the other parks. Trouble is, the other parks are nothing like MK.

Yeah Anna and Elsa made a lot more sense in Fantasyland. Moving them to Epcot was a mistake not only for Epcot but for the Frozen property as well. A typical Disney lose lose idea.

In defense of WDW, there are more than enough reasons to go to MK. We got a good attraction revamp and a M&G that did not take up space in Future World. They even did it quickly. I applaud them for the effort. Now if it was only something other than Frozen.

I don't know that I would consider it a good attraction revamp. It's ironic though because over the years they've squeezed so many things into MK that didn't belong and then they take something that actually does and move it to Epcot. It's almost like they're trying to do everything wrong.

The Anna & Elsa line has been at 10 mins literally since the day it opened at Epcot. Most people pass right by it and don't even realize it's there. It's very easy to miss.

Agreed. And they have more rooms than MK, right? So that allows higher capacity? I am just saying it is not a fair comparison. I give you that Epcot is a sad park only propped up by events. At the same point I know several people it is their favorite park. So it is not nearly as sad as DHS.

WDW is now reduced to what is the saddest of their sad parks. :(

I would have a tough time deciding between Epcot, DHS and DAK. I guess I would probably go with Epcot based solely on how great it used to be. I don't think any other park in the world has seen such a disastrous decline. I mean even that flooded out Six Flags park in New Orleans got to be a part of Jurassic World.

DAK is actually a good park. Nothing wrong with it except for the stupid Chester/Hester area. Besides that, it's a beautiful park that is unfortunately under-developed.

DHS and Epcot are just sad.

Yeah I can agree with that. I just don't like animals so to me it's sad, but at least it has a cohesive theme that has yet to be tampered with (Avatarland isn't open yet).

DHS is in the worst shape. It's even having an identity crisis. But at least they started fixing the problems over there. EPCOT hasn't even started.

Yeah, once Avatar opens AK will be fine. As NBT said, all it will need to do then is fix the travesty that is Chester/Hester area.

I think he was actually meaning Avatar will ruin the cohesiveness of the theme. I have disagreed with that since this was announced way back in 2011, mostly because the of of the huge themes of both DAK and the movie are conservation. I think if you look at it as the "Mythical" section of the park (as was originally planned), it fits right in.

The film also deals with man's relationship with the na'vi. Man's relationship with nature is a big themed of DAK as well.

I'm OK with it. I'm not one that's too picky with theme as long as it's a big improvement.

I think Avatar is far more destructive to DAK's theme than Chester and Hester. I'm pretty sure I will end up preferring C&H to Avatarland.
