After looking at some of the videos of the WB Dubai project, I'm thinking we may see some of the same kind of indoor placemaking being done here in Orlando with the new park. My thought was that the entry (Main Street) area could be done as something partially enclosed similar to the way Main Street USA at TDL is done. This could offer an escape from heat and rain in the summer and the cold in the winter.
It would offer some cool possibilities for entertainment like the covered Freemont Street in Vegas:
It could also be a great way to give an amazing reveal at the end of the street at a hub or some central weenie (like when you enter Diagon):
