I think they'll announce something next year but it will be something so minute that you'll wish they hadn't,

Universal: Today, we're pleased to announce that we're going to be building a 4th park and it will be EPIC!.

I mean I beat the universal needs to announce things all the time, but it ain’t happening here. They barely released a tells us nothing image for the potter coaster that’s less than a year away. T2 replacement? Don’t even acknowledge it. So a new park isn’t getting anything any time soon.

It's so inconsequential, they forgot to do it. ...like scheduling a boring party and no one shows up.

I hope by early 2020 we will hear about the official name for Universal Orlando’s fourth gate and probably around that time too later on in the year we will hear my prediction of how many lands their will be at the fourth gate if not my other prediction is we will hear about the lands what attractions will be their will their be more than 4 lands,etc in 2021. 2022 I expect a possible overall layout map of the fourth gate.

Are we sure this isn't for the offices they're building? 200 actually isn't very much (amazingly). When my neighbor's lot was being cleared and leveled they had 100 dump trucks going and coming for days. It's about a 1.5 acre lot.

There's 2 negative results to announcing early: people putting off trips for later and possibly not doing the project. Look at how Dis announced the new hotel for Disneyland, Town Square Theater, etc.

Definitely agree with the latter. Curious on people putting off trips for later. I know we've said that many times here, but is it actually true? Disney certainly doesn't seem to have that problem, even with Star Wars coming.

Don't think so. Bio's aerials clearly show they are for filling in the western large lake. Also, if it were for the offices, I would think they would just have the trucks enter and exit off of Sand Lake Road.

and...dirt doesn't come cheap. I needed to buy a .lot of dirt to prompt up the outside walls of my sub basement. Lots of tandems and lots of money even though it was coming from a location a few blocks from me. This is a major budgetary item.

Disney has the advantage of being "Disney" and 4 parks, 2 water parks, etc. They always have something to do compared to UO.
