That's all. And to quote a famous movie, "Have a nice day!".

Oooh! Is this a Teebin riddle game?! My first one

Well, the first quote is from "Hogan's Heroes" and said by Sergeant Hans Schultz (maybe we have to add "ing" to one of those words ). "Have a nice day!", from a quick google search, is most notably from "Clear and Present Danger" and "Spaceballs".

Then again. This could just be nothing and now I look silly :embarassed:

ING? As in the financial group?

Also, a famous movie with "Have a nice day" would be... Forrest Gump? Isn't there some type of forest in Harry Potter?

I'm guessing it has to do with the ING.

Any ride companies with those initials? Anything from Potter spring to mind?

Maybe Teebs found out that Potter 2.0 is being financed by ING?

Doesn't anyone think a live-action Harry Potter show would fill seats by the thousands? You could start with scenes from the first book, then every few years change the show for the next book. I think that would be huge, and there is a Sinbad theater sitting there just begging to be better utilized.

God I hope not. There's just not a good way to pull it off convincingly. I'd rather see some top notch rides than a show anyway.

I prefer rides as well, but realize shows are extremely popular for families and are great for capacity. They keep people in line before the show, and keep them in place during...filling out the day.

I also don't really see why it would be any less convincing than other very successful live-action shows like Indiana Jones, Waterworld, etc. If they can make holograms of Harry and crew appear in the castle, they can pull off other special effects on a stage. With today's technology I think they could surprise people. The only thing is that I am doubting J.K. would allow it. She would probably not want so many live shows going on since there could be a lapse in quality.

^I think it is the problem of recreating the visual effects from the films that portrayed all of the magic:

Especially in a theater that lets in the daylight, a show trying to depict anything from Potter's world without coming off incredibly cheesy seems impossible. :bonk:

It will never happen. One of Rowling's main stipulations was that nobody in the park would portray any specific characters fro the books.

From an inside source, I'm hearing that WWOHP is not being expanded anytime soon, but it is in the cards.

Hmm. What is soon? The rumors flying around here would be a 2015-2016 opening. Is that soon, or far away?

Well, that would coincide nicely with Avatarland . . .

But, that must just be a coincidence

I cannot, therefore I have nothing to say. How is that?
