^ Yep, as you walk down the dungeon towards the greenhouse, there is a large room behind the left wall. We were told by someone on here that during construction, this space was used as a blueprint room. There was a plan to use this room for fog machines that would fill the hallway either with a haze or low ground effect, but the idea was scrapped (for safety reasons, maybe..? cannot recall.) There is also large spaces on the right side of the dungeon and we were told it is now used store safety/evac equipment for the ride.

I find it incredible, almost impossible to believe that they are doing a full Great Hall at USH. All I wanted before the one in Orlando oppened was for it to have one... I also support the idea or removing the Ollivanders in Hogsmeade, and make it something like Madam's Puddifoot.

Jim Hill. It's one of his favorite Universal talking points

The idea is that you don't know that there are 3 separate showrooms. You will get escorted into the experience, believing that you are going into the "one, real Ollivander's Wand Shop".

I realize that. I was imagining something akin to HM's Stretching Rooms. But what I intended to ask was, would Universal staff 3 Ollivander look-alikes, rather than the same kind of employee at Hogsmeade's wand shop? Is it not canon for Ollivander to have an assistant in the Diagon Alley shop? I honestly don't know.

Why would it be impossible, are you implying that USH should get nothing and everything should be in Orlando?

I think it would be a smart business move to build something unique in California. It forces more people to contemplate seeing both parks. What they do in Japan really doesn't matter to the United States theme park market.

I agree it wouldn't really make sense to keep Olivanders in Hogsmeade when there are other things missing from the area to choose from to possibly add. It would actually really bug me to be honest.

Jim Hill also said something along the lines of the Great Hall restaurant being accessible from both the park and CityWalk.

Agreed, I've seen a ton of wishful thinking posted as a genuine possibility over there. You can't just tell people what they want to hear as news just to drive up traffic.

All "insiders" make mistakes and errors but some just never get it right. I'd like to think I'm personally somewhat credible but have made a few bad calls myself so I hope people don't view me as someone trying to drive up traffic.

I appreciate it. You'll have tons of bragging rights a few months from now once we see Simpsons!

Most notably, Hogsmeade Station has gone vertical.

Update from AmusementPics

Lots of work happening inside, with what appear to be elevator shafts and stairwells being built of concrete block.

Taking a peek over the wall there is a ton of work happening!

There's some new concrete wall visible above the construction walls over at the Hogsmeade Station.

A big pile of dirt is now right up to the fence.

Lots of earth moving!

Great to see some vertical action has started. All but Gringotts was starting to get old.
