Again everyone has to remember if it is 2014 were talking November-December IMO. Were looking to follow the same type of opening schedule as phase 1 but with numerous set backs it got pushed back. Also have to remember were very early in the construction process, heck just today there having to take down all the siding for Gringotts to either install something or fix something.

If I live in Orlando and I didn't hear about this, I doubt anybody they're trying to hide this information from (people who plan vacations) will have heard about this and/or care.

Mayor Buddy slipped up big time today and spilled the beans, during his State of the Union for Orlando address.

"Universal will be opening their Transformers the Ride later this year, followed by a major expansion to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter next year."

On a side note, some aerials and Uni confirms there is an expansion, just no dates.

In that WESH article, they did get a quote from a Universal spokesperson at least admitting that they announced a significant expansion to WWoHP (which obviously would be referring to the small announcement during the Hollywood announcement).

I don’t read the Mayor’s words the same as you. All we have announced is that there will be a significant expansion of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Anything else is your own speculation

I had no idea they had built such a deep retaining wall for the south station. That will created a mega sensation of speed. (and for those talkin smack about them tearing down DC, they don't go to this expense to include an attractions' footprint in their final designs only to remove it a few years later)

I am just really fascinated by the building of HE. I'm curious to see how that exactly is going to look in the end...because it definitely has an interesting shape to it right now.

I know. I've been trying to look at it from every angle and can't figure it out at all. The famous face of Kings Cross...or St Pancras anyway doesn't run parallel to the tracks, however I would guess that practically they would make it parallel here?? As I can't see it working or fitting on the the edge facing towards Gringotts.
