We know that the windows on HE are going to be screens such as this - http://www.skyfactory.com/products/SkyV/

but could it also be a similar idea on the 'glass' roof with screens that could also form part of the ride, like dragons flying overhead and london weather...? The same company also make these fake roofs as well - http://www.skyfactory.com/library/ceilings/8%27+x+8%27+and+Larger/. It would also have the added benefit of not turning the whole attraction in to a greenhouse oven and probably not much more expensive than installing specialist glass to reflect the heat but could still have a glass effect finish on the outside for authenticity

What does this mean exactly? I understand that this is a hint toward the opening of Diagon Alley, but what is the 'Power Pass'?

Power Pass is the lowest level of Annual pass. They suffer blockout dates when the park is expected to be busy, or when a new ride is opening and they want them to pay extra to be able to ride it when it opens.

To be fair, those things are not working 12 hours a day, every day, for ten years straight

But it is true that Animations have come a long way even since Uni or IoA opened. And I do agree we need to see more of them in the parks.

Forgot to post this last night. The track for the HE is nearly complete and you can finally see it by BG now. You won't when it goes live FYI.

While those movie animatronics are very cool, we all must remember that they weren't designed to operate at that level 14 hours a day 365 days a year. The closest we have come is the sorting hat in the FJ queue, and even that has been removed for service at least once since it opened.

No, Betelguese is the correct way to spell it (so actually you are both wrong). It was originally spelt (or spelled depending on where your from) that way, but was changed sometime in production of the movie to make it easier to pronounce. When you watch the movie you can actually see it spelt that way, and the only time you see it written as Beetlejuice, is outside of the movie itself. So you could say that even the park is wrong.

(wipes sweat off face), lucky I only said it twice.

From the Beetlejuice Wiki:

Name

Betelgeuse's name is often spelled phonetically as "Beetlejuice", as in the title. However, during the film his name spelled Betelgeuse (like the star Betelgeuse) during his ad on TV, and everywhere in the grave scene.

There has been great debate over which spelling of his name is correct. Some say that because his name is the same as the introduction, this is proof they meant it as Beetlejuice, while others claim that was an error as the credits of the film spell his name "Betelgeuse". Nowhere during the film is his name spelled Beetlejuice, unless watched with subtitles on, in which it is said from Lydia's interpretation from playing charades with him. The Maitlands used the astrological spelling... after several mispronunciations.

Some also argue that he may not have been permitted to write his name the way it should, much like he can't say his own name.

Now,

:focus:

please

Looking at these pictures, I never realized how much space Jaws took up.

Not very much to see here anymore but I grabbed what I could while being watched :shifty:

Hard to make out but The brick is gringott's!

Like I said...being watched

This is on the waterfront...I found it interesting...maybe someone can elaborate on what is going on

Once again, Gringott's in the background with some machinery as well...No evidence of construction

Windows on Grimmauld

^ thanks for the pics. What you are seeing on the waterfront wall is lime leaching from the concrete. Look closely at the Hogwarts cliffs, they are doing the same thing.
