Ive said this like ten times since the debate started but I just feel like doing away with single park passes would eliminate SO much confusion and pissed off guest experiences.its not that much more money anyway, people would/will happily pay more for potter. You can still have two gates, no need to merge. Let some people whine about having pay more that just wanted to go to one park, see if I care lol. Better than a thousand ignorant tourists wearing griffindor robes in line at guest services with complaints everyday. (To be fair, I own a wand...)

The issue with this is they will lose out on more money than just the extra money they get for a two park pass. They will lose out on many cases a second day. Many guests would stay two days and do one park each day. On dead times of the year after a day they may do everything they want and have no need to come back the same day. If they have a one park pass, they will only get one park done and have to come back the second day. They would lose out on all the food, drinks, and merchandise bought that second day. Don't forget, they make a good percentage of their money on those things, not just ticket sales.

Sap sucker? Anyways each train will face in the same direction, towards IOA. So at one station you will only see the locomotive when exiting.

Duh, I misread the sapsucker scratchings in the sand. NOW I understand... appears that in one end (station), the Engine will be hidden and in the other proudly visible.

^ I think they have had groups that go into show design sessions many many times over the past 6-8 years. To have 30 people concentrating on a few projects can yield fantastic results.

So they have to theme the monorail device to look like an actual train. Only way a completely visible station would work. Hence the football field long hint, because the entire train needs to be themed and a train would be close to that length. Plus when you add in the stations and things like that it would be that big at the loading of both stations. Or that is my guess.

hey guys, Ive been super busy all week. Can someone round up the recent rumors for me?

- 300 Foot Station? How do they even have room?
- Eleveated Train
- One Park ticket holders will be allowed to ride HE? How can they pull that off?
- Cast members filming? Any mention of Daniel?

It will be interesting to see whether or not Gringotts and the Hogwarts Express use their Express lines. Afterall, Forbidden Journey and RockIt don't. RockIt doesn't use it because of the capacity issues and how it affects the regular line. FJ doesn't because it affects the Universal Express system as a whole.

I know Despicable opened with UEP, but that's not the same thing. Transformers may even open up with UEP. I have serious doubts anything in Potter (with the exception of Hogwarts Express) using their Express queues. Afterall, this is the same place that has to institute "land control" when things get too busy.

When people complain about rides not having Express lines they don't understand what overselling Express or having an Express queue can do the entire system. Just look at Spider-Man on a peak day when the Express line becomes +45 minutes. Or ask the RockIt team that worked the 2 days where they tested having an Express queue. That was an awful day as a guest.

I would think the power pass blockouts are very telling in what is being thought about. The fact that it was the month of July only at USF this summer really confirmed that Transformers would be open by then. However, it also means this will be the first July without those blockouts at IoA since the 1st disastrous one with the land control becoming necessary. If it is possible to not have the blockouts this July AND the crowds are manageable at WWoHP it could be a sign that the fear of overselling Express everyday might be fading.
I still agree, adding FJ to express would cause it to sell out more, causing more people to be unhappy than are currently. They would say "I want to give you my money and you won't take it!" because Express would be so backed up everyday.
Rockit on the other hand, probably never.
The 2 new rides I would hope are being designed in a better way to accommodate and allow express sooner than later.

Personally, I'm glad there is no express on FJ. The line moves quite nicely without it.

FJ doesn't need express because the queue is an attraction in itself..I expect Gringott's to be the same.

I agree! Even if I had an express pass, I would choose the regular line because of how awesome it is. Although I could see someone who has been in it many times want to use Express.

Agreed, personally I wish FP and Express never started.

The Gringotts Queue will be the most elaborate queue in Universals arsenal and considered an attraction within itself. But I will confirm it also will be set up for Express along with the HE.
