Butter Beer?

They already have the place that sells butter beer. I have to think it is robes, because this is a huge moneymaker and i think they sold more than they thought they would.

There is noway they won't put in some sort of Butterbeer stand or sell it in the restaurant they build for 2.0. That's like liquid gold for Universal. But if HTF is hinting to something new getting a store front I guess robes would be an idea. Was there a robe shop in the movies?

I didn't mean they wouldn't put a stand in and sell it in restaurants. Of course they are going to do that. But his hint was for something new and I was saying that would not be new. Robes were in the movies. He had to get a robe for school and things like that.

Anyone notice a few things about this? My first thought is the tech revolves around some type of picture effect. Secondly he mentions its a NEW store so assume anything but Ollivanders on the list. Last and most importantly IMO is that he has once again changed his location almost the same time this post was made. Again to confirm no Ollivanders he has already said the wand shop is coming 65. So whatever is coming to 64F is where I think we will see this very "amazing" effect take place. Thoughts?

This is stuff that we already probably know but I thought I would share it anyway. From Screamscape:

Slowly but surely, little bits and pieces of information are starting to leak out about what is going on inside the Gringotts Bank structure. Don’t expect to find any close up pictures however, as sources tell me that Universal has essentially put Skynet on the job here and has security cameras watching over the entire building site. So we’re left with basic descriptions, but the stories are starting to come together enough to form a bit of a picture.

So far I’m told that the track installed does appear to be a dual sided loaded station setup in the back left side of the building area, and a flat straight piece of track along the back wall just before the track switch, which may actually be for a separate single-track unload area. So after the dual load station, the track appears to turn to the left and head towards the back of the building and into a right turn so far before we come to the end of what has been built and reported on.

Elsewhere in the building, sources tell me they’ve spotted what appeared to be up to four individual elevator shafts with access to two levels which are located next to the loading platform area. I wonder what kind of magic we will find inside a wizard’s elevator. I’ve also heard about a large themed “pit” dug down in approximately the center of the building.

The latest word on the ride system is that the cars themselves may be unlike anything we’ve seen before… incorporating a motion base system on top of a roller coaster car track system.

They already serve Florean Ice Cream, so although a shop is coming, I doubt it will be a Dippin Dots type concoction.

But we dont know it's NOT coming! Haha, I was spewing fun nonsense anyways.
So no one really talks about the ice cream speciality that was developed for WWoHP, strawberry peanut butter. I thought it was quite good if not unique, but does anyone know if it did well enough to warrant development of further custom ice creams?

This week, our trusted Owl will tease us with another expansion update. We’ve all heard the rumors of what stores and shops we should expect on Diagon Alley – our Owl elaborates on one of our favorites:

“It would have been impossible to undertake Diagon Alley and not include a store run by two of the franchises most beloved characters. Fred and George embodied the child-like spirit that we all feel working on this project. What better to include than Weasley’s Wizard Wheezes? We debated from the start what to make of WWW – a walk-through? A store? Both? Guest will be treated to a number of unique products at WWW. Of course, it will offer someunique merchandise. From trick wands, to the extendable ear, love potions, and Pygmy Puffs. These are a few in a myriad collection of merchandise that will be wonderful for collectors. Expect to see Fred and George make an appearance in the store – much the same that Ron, Harry, and Hermione do in Hogwarts Castle. And likely the most exciting of all, and easily the benchmark of the experience will be the indoor display of the twins famous Weasley’s Wildfire Whiz-Bangs….”

We’ve left out our technical discussion of how the fireworks display will work – and likely will save it for after the attraction has opened to not spoil anything for you!
