Not sure why, but today, Amity was blocked off entirely. They had a black canvas thing up that blocked the pathway that had a picture of the Universal Centennial Logo.

Except a 16' section of wall removed as can be seen in your photos. That is why the path was blocked at times yesterday. I agree that it was to pass machines and materials.
