I was trying to find more information on the location specified above at the Orange County Property Apprasiser site (http://paarcgis.ocpafl.org/Webmap2/default.aspx and entered parcel id 13-23-28-8833-00-120). Anyway, the image shows the former Jaws site as a "New Attraction Under Construction". I was hoping to see something similar for SS44, but noticed the current location of E.T. says "New Attraction Under Construction".

Perhaps this is a mistake and a reference to the Spongebob Store, but it is clearly over the E.T. building. Sorry, don't mean to sidetrack, but thought I'd share.

Anyone notice what's missing from the Kidzone?

No coaster or Fievel Area.

This is because it is a building permit map. Neither of those attractions have buildings to speak of.

Yes, Curious George is at least partially in a building, the Ball factory.

Well this came out of nowhere. Exciting, but am I the only one who really hopes this isn't for Transformers?

I'm pretty sure there is a building in there, but I could be wrong.
Edit: Oops, Matpez beat me to it.

Also note: Amity Waterfront is still there. This map isn't Gospel, but it is nice to have.

I just want something big and exciting. I don't care what it is. The removal of dead space for an attraction is a win.

So, back to square one. What else could it be? Flying balloons tells me they are not quite sure how they will build that which will be built. I can't imagine they would fly balloons to judge the size of crane they bring in. What do the Asian parks have that other parks do not?

Nothing. Really.

Japan has Space Fantasy, which is a small indoor coaster, but I can't see that going there. Singapore is getting the Sesame Street ride, but Busch has the SS rights in the US. there is the Madagascar ride, but I'm going to venture a guess that that isn't going to fit there besides being a design nightmare.

This could be something brand new we haven't seen anywhere else.

I remember Kong being talked about last fall when the Potter Phase 2 rumors came out from Spirit. And there was also talk of a different Transformers experience for USF.

If you look at the map for IOA it has the station for Flight of the Hippogriff on it. Which is the same station that Woody's has.

Also it has the station for Pteredon Flyers which I would say is the equivelent of the station and unload for the Water Slide at Fivels.

Mind you the Camp Jurassic play area and If I ran the Zoo area are not on the IOA map, but again the ride stations are.

They're not going to knock down the building to build the same thing again.

I just hope Monsters is going with it...

UPDATE: A very long praying mantis landed on my shoulder this afternoon. He whispered in my ear, "A couple of characters will be evicted on Monday". Then mantis offered that all electrical was being ripped out of 44 today and the men doing the work gave a few remaining a hard time about still being there, saying, "We wish you were gone yesterday.". Real sense of urgency about this.

I thought about this and it is a remote possibility... building a high tech television studio for a major tv show with audience. Problem is, that doesn't sync with the balloon height test. One thing that wasn't offered was how high up was the balloon?

Thanks for the update Teebin. Sounds like the monsters are getting the heave ho.

EDIT: Unless you're just talking about Shrek and Donkey, which would make more sense. [HASHTAG]#Facepalm[/HASHTAG]

Brought this up on twitter- 44 is a separate building from Monsters. 44 is where Shrek/Donkey live and the Monsters building is also home to the American Express lounge.
I just can't see how the Monsters building is going too.

The Amex lounge can easily be set up somewhere else though, no?

I mean if they had eyes for the area, I don't think they're going to worry about that.

I believe we're all speculating a lot here, but a height balloon test tells me they aren't rushing to knock this building down for a meet and greet area.
