The Summer Concert series starts before July too, so they wouldn't be keeping them from the special events.

If any Mardi Gras/Summer Concerts occur during Power Pass Blockouts, Power Pass holders are still given admission to USF at 5pm to see the concerts.

I think this is the best evidence so far as to at least the planned completion of SOMETHING new and exciting being open at USF by next summer.

Considering nothing is going to happen until after Bill and Ted at the very least, it has to be a show.

Do they really think it would be necessary to black out for a show? I mean they could, but I'd be surprised.

They always are. But the AP was only blacked out for the first two weeks.

And I don't really think they would black it out for a new show...

It was for the first 2 weeks of July this year, and it was IoA only.

Then it must've been next July all along, but I believe I saw it before ss44 came down.

Yeah, the big problem they will have is that July isn't the opening date, unless they are five months ahead of schedule already.

The "before July" thing I can vouch is legit. Whether they stick with that or not is another question.

My point was, until Universal "officially" says something... don't plan your vacation around it.
