I'm pretty sure you are right, hasn't there been talk about them in a civil war setting? What if they fought against the dogs of war?!?! :jaw:

After last year, I don't think we need to see the Dogs of War again.

A HHN ticket is 96 bucks. It's not like they'd be giving it away.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't the point of the Nightengales that they showed up during wars? I could be remembering wrong, though

They feed on the weak and dying during times of war and natural disasters was what the website originally said. It does seem like a stretch for them to be involved in the particular house.

Eh, it's also as low as $45 on some nights. So then it would be like giving it away.

And then people would be spending like mad inside the land.

Trust me, if Universal could have the land that will more or less print money be open, it would be open.

That would be awesome. Have they ever done a Nightmare on Elm Street house in the past? I thought I read they had one at some point.

Yes they did! They did one for HHN 17 in 2007 called A Nightmare on Elm Street: Dreamwalkers. Then in Hollywood in 2010 they did a house for the reboot called A Nightmare on Elm Street: Never Sleep Again.

Yes, it was 5 years ago I think? That year also included Friday the 13th and Texas Chainsaw.

So, we have:

1. Walking Dead mega maze
2. Croatoan inspired original maze
3-8. ???

I will, again, suggest that it's probably very likely that we could see one of this year's Universal horror releases as a house or scarezone. Possibilities:

- The Purge: Anarchy
- As Above, So Below
- Dracula Untold
- Ouija

Hmm Felipe. Let me chew on this idea for a minute.

Yep. It's... pretty frustrating.

My point with the Nightingales was they could be the cause of the disappearance. Just a thought, again, I have no concrete info on this (though we all know Nightingales II is pretty inevitable).

Also, I wouldn't expect to see any hint of dawn this year.

Yeah, I want Nightingale's back myself, but I think with the setup of the characters they would have to stretch it a bit to make it work. Not that they are unwilling to do that.
I am trying to figure out a good Native American myth that could be the cause of the disappearances, but apart from the Wendigo, I am having a hard time finding one that seems doable (maybe Wechuge or a Native American shaman).

I tend to think of Ravenous because it was the first place I had heard of the myth and Robert Carlyle and Guy Pearce kick butt.

Native Americans did have vampire ghost stories too, but I have heard that might have its own house.
