In all honesty, it's be an Intamin, so the chances of it opening on when it's supposed to is about 30%.

Good thing they haven't announced a specific opening date and messed with people's expectations. Hopefully they won't start announcing what month or season it's gonna open until they are CERTAIN that they'll be done well before their announced date. 2011 is a very good time frame for now They need to learn from Rockit and even Potter that postponed their openings multiple times and confused/dissapointed a lot of folk following the projects.

I went to see the track today, and there were some nice shiny padlocks on the gate.

yea, it is private property and after 3+ sites went onto it to get shots they don't want damage to the track before its installed... though if your lucky around HOS they may have to open that lot... just go with a friend who dives a bus or RV...

I'm going to guess it has a cheetah like graphic on it. With yellow and black trains with black OTSR's.

Or it could have to do with the fact that the overflow lot was not needed today as it was not nearly as busy as yesterday. There were buses in the lot yesterday thus the gate was open. But yes, I agree that they don't want damage to their property and that's why it's locked up as of now. If the gate is open, DO NOT GO SIT ON THE TRACK OR EVEN TOUCH IT!

On another note, looking forward to tomorrows video!

I keep replaying the video over and over haha! About three-quarters of the way into the video, there's a part where you can see some track to the left and it looks like a relatively big drop. At first I thought it was a loop, but I don't think that's the case. I wonder if there will be any loops and I'm guessing not, because cheetas don't really "roll" :shrug: I like loops, but it's not necessary for a thrilling ride. It looks like the ride goes pretty fast and with those twisty segments, it will be super fun!

After watching these two clips we can definitely confirm its some sort of blitz coaster. If there are any drops, I doubt they will be over 90 ft. It's kind of weird though that intamin is using harness restraints when it doesn't seem to go upside down. You usually only see this sort of thing on taller coasters like I-305 or Kingda Ka

Maybe some of the twists and turns are very fast and the OTS restraints will prevent rough shaking and backlash. And also maybe some twists will go too far to the side? Who knows :shrug:

Yeah that would be awesome if they threw in some seriously overbanked turns in there, and I doubt it will be shaky considering its an Intamin, Intamin usually seem to be very smooth coasters.
