Agreed, but to be fair, when it comes to Disney Springs they are building a ton of new buildings where Uni was just replacing places and building one or two buildings. So I don't know that Disney has tenants for all the places they are building right now. That project is huge, you have to see it in person to see how large scale the Disney Springs redo is.
As for the other projects going on. I don't think they have timelines yet. I think a lot of internal debate and fights are happening right now which is changing stuff every day. Ops is pretty upset and want things faster it seems. So I don't think they even know when stuff is going to occur.
Disney is a cluster right now. But I think when the dust settles it is going to be good for the park goer because I think they are finally realizing what Uni did and how it impacted them. They are finally realizing they have 3 parks that need serious help. 1 park will be mostly fixed next year but the other 2 are nowhere near being fixed as they are in worse shape than AK was.
