I just paid the fee, and it didn't tell me what the new restaurant is going to be...

I wonder if Universal will go high-end with the replacement. I could see a Brazillian steakhouse working there.

My guess is that with all the recent success Universal have enjoyed with family friendly ‘concept’ dining, this will be more on the level of Toothsome for cost and food selection/quality than a high end dining experience. The money is in the mid-range these days.

I'm surprised how cheap Toothsome is most of the time...Only $16 or $17 for lunch/dinner most of the time...Sans a shake haha

Same with Antojitos and Vivo, which are only slightly more expensive than Toothsome.

Universal's version of The Crystal Palace would be popular. A bountiful buffet and characters all the time. And the placement between both parks makes it even better.

Emerils was not expensive. Reality check.
Edit: It was more expensive than the food courts and hotdog place.

The only buffet that works IMO is a breakfast one. Though I would love to see more character meal options in the parks, or on citywalk

only one item over $40. And that was $42. I agree it was more expensive than burger king. Cedar plank new York and filet at Toothsome are both $47

Bye, Bye, Emeril's, it was fun for the last 19 years. The cooks, I couldn't get the staff pic, it was 2 days ago. These people are a team and operated as such.

Welcome to the Studio Vault, Emeril's!

Wishing the best and brightest for all the staff who contributed to Emeril's, and I can't wait to see what comes out of this venue, for the future of UOR.

What about that Saturday Night Live concept, wouldn't that be a fun addition to CityWalk.
