Sad to lose one of the OG's but both CityWalk and Disney Springs have improved with all the changes lately so hoping for something really good in this space.

Looking at the space yesterday and I'm pretty sure it will be a rebuild not a gut job. Unless they are going with a similar venue it would be hard to put something else there and make it work. We only have a demo permit right?

I was more refering to a particular term used when something closed at USH back when IU was Pre-Merger, the "Studio Vault".

Yeah; I'd rather would want Emeril's replacement to be a dining concept that can be not as niche..or perhaps a retail concept.

I don't think you should be expecting a Mario Kart dining option with Chicken wings.

That said, I am betting whatever Emeril's is, is something unique for CityWalk.
