Considering it is legal to set fireworks off in the city and if you have a permit you can set the good stuff off, I don't think it was the city that stopped this. It may be the agreement they have with the neighbors, but I don't think the city would have a leg to stand on with their current firework enforcement or should I say lack of enforcement.

Considering how large this plot of land is and how tight that walkway through SF is, I'd love to see them widen the road and make it a bit more roomy. I doubt that'd happen but one can hope right? Its just so congested at times.

Yeah, i've wanted that too, but it would involve demoing perfectly good facades just to slightly move them back and rebuild. It would add a lot of money to the budget and there isn't enough benefits in doing it.... no return on investment. Simply won't happen anytime soon.

For what its worth; the building permits a while back showed the front facades there now staying, and I guess the remaining fraction of the Disaster Building that's still there.

Ohhhh Yeahhhh Has to be Marty. When the show building goes up, I think people will realize this won't be as bad as it's sounding currently. Universal certainly hasn't released all the details.

Isn't the going rumor that a good chunk of that space is going to be for the queue? Rumored to be a thrilling walk through a glorified car dealership showroom?

I hope you guys are right, and there is more to this project than we've been led to believe, but that remains to be seen!

Yes but that's a lot of reading and some of the stuff I seen is pretty wacky , so in two pages I get the gist of pretty much anything , but I will agree with you on some good insight but on the other hand some people are way off with their theories and rumors lol

But I feel with universal being able to expand more than just a 2 min tram tour experience , they will fully execute an amazing experience like no other and will certainly spread out more people in the park when open to help with wait times
