It seemed initially when people were let in. It’s how we got into tooth fairy. While in line they opened the vq and then the signs said vq only.

It appears that they let an initial group in via regular standby when the park first opened and now it’s all virtual.

I'm confused. We were told no stand by, you could only do virtual. We're you allowed in standby? We were at Bride's.

Also any confirmation on if you need two separate VQ for each house? Or just one for both?

It seems they had an initial standby for the first rush.

Will be interesting how demand holds up. If this is consistent over the coming weekends, I definitely see the Icons house opening up at the very least.

It wasn't about getting into the park early.

It looks like the parking plaza is backed up to I-4, so those people will probably be interested to come back now that they've learned they need to set their alarm earlier.

For as discouraging as these tweets may be, it's worth noting that all 4 of these individuals succeeded in getting Virtual Line passes for the houses.

Also worth adding that from the pics I've seen, distancing seems great so far other than the temp check area:

I was curious on what 'regular' attraction ride times would be like with that mass of early arrivals for the two houses. At 10:00 AM, which is early, ride times were getting high but they weren't real bad yet. SpiderMan
was actually the highest at 60 minutes. USF wasn't as high as IOA, probably since many were already in the Virtual line for the houses. It will be interesting to see what this is like in another hour or two.

The question becomes how many people attended today and don’t get in and/or have a terrible experience. We are hearing right now from those happy customers, who essentially rope dropped so to speak, and had a good experience. Demand could dry up real quick

I don’t see how this makes a successful fall run without expanding capacity. Whether that’s opening another house, altering hours, adding days I don’t know.

This is where this all becomes a delicate balance irrespective of COVID. If you promote an event and take people’s money you better be able to deliver. I think that really becomes the assessment after this “test”.
