As with anything in 2020, there are no clear answers to anything. There isn't a perfect approach, a silver bullet. I definitely feel a little for the people who feel duped by the messaging, though.

To be fair though, people on here have known that it was possible BJ could open for weeks, so there's little surprise or anger for us to have. For many on twitter or facebook, they don't follow rumors as close and a house just appearing out of nowhere when Universal is actively telling you NOT to come bc of crowds? I can understand why *those* particular people would be upset. This is being thrust upon them last second and they don't know that the house will be back next year (in extreme likelihood) like we do, either.

From my experience, if you can get in the park before capacity and have the patience to check the app every hour or so, you can get a reserve time pretty easily. If you're free and willing to be a little patient, go for it!

I was skeptical until the very end that BJ would actually be opening but here we are. Happy for those that get to experience it, even if it's a semi-rushed production. Here's to hoping the ghost with the most will be popping back up next year.

It would be so fascinating to be able to be a fly on the wall of top management with regards to HHN this year, especially with the rumors that the rights holders of BJ were one of the reasons the entire event was canceled and now they're also apparently one of the reasons they needed to push this house out for two days. Crazy stuff in a crazy year.

I don’t get the outrage at all. Do people forget there is a pandemic? They should be happy their local parks are even open...

Universal has to control demand and crowds. Weekends have been brutal. Of course they won’t announced a popular IP house is suddenly opening, on a weekend no less.

People need to get a grip...

The times drop intermittedly throughout the day. The best bet for second drop is around 11am, that's when I got my times for BJ today and Tooth/Brides during those tests in September. You just got to refresh the app every 15 minutes or so and eventually more will pop up. Tomorrow will probably be busier than today.

I did notice that "364 days" message in the waiting room. Don't remember if that's a reference to the movie but it's a good omen regardless lol.
