Army of Darkness and Ash vs Evil Dead? I would expect if they were to do both they would put them both together in a mega house.

I think we see 9 houses again next year with 5 IP'S and 4 Original concepts. I listed 6 IP'S and it would probably be Army of Darkness or Ash vs Evil Dead. I can't see both..

If any evil dead thing was used it would most definitely be the show. I don't see why everybody is claiming Halloween is coming back, that would be way too soon for a repeat. Also basing it on Halloween 2 is seriously one the most out there things ever

I'm thinking they could do it in one house so something where the first half of it is Ash in the 1300's fighting the Deadites and then halfway through you go through the time portal and it is present day following the Ash vs Evil Dead story line. That said I don't care as long as Ash is back.

Given how well received Halloween was (plus Mike's love for it), I can definitely see Halloween coming back, but I'm not betting on it being next year. I think the slasher house next year could be TCM, but it's not one I'm particularly rooting for. The only IPs I'm feeling confident in predicting are The Conjuring, something Evil Dead related, and The Purge based on it's success, though that may have the least amount of possibility of the 3.

Speculating off Hate's predictions, if they were to do any IP (not just The Ring) as a 3D house, this would be the first time in history an IP was 3D (Penn and Teller was more or less an original. I mean taking a movie/TV show/etc. and making it 3D, like TitE in Hollywood).

Halloween was great, but much like with AWiL, I think bringing it back so soon would ruin people's memories of the original rather than build on nostalgia.

Not if they cast it right. The problem with AWiL coming back was they cast a bunch of first time scareactors.

Conjuring seems a good bet with the sequel coming out. I agree there will likely be another "classic" IP, TCM makes as much sense as anything. If New Line still holds the rights, they have to be happy with how FvJ turned out, hopefully willing to give Creative a bit of freedom.

Still not sure how you do a true Army of Darkness/Ash v. ED house without, you know, Ash. Finding a half-dozen or more Bruce Campbell look-alikes in central Florida could be an issue.

One thing I think people need to realize that HHN 26 will not be as grand as HHN 25. Not saying it's gonna be crap, just saying 25 was big because it was 25th Anniversary. 26th will naturally take a few steps back in terms of scope.

While I can see that line of thinking. I'm not so sure that will be the case. I think Universal wants to see growth in the event or at least staying at the level it's at. HHN25 was able to capitalize on the anniversary as a "reason to attend". Now they will need something to fill that hole and I think they will have to step certain aspects of the event up a bit to continue to bring the crowds in. HHN25 of course had a lot of great fan service thrown in and I would expect to see that stepped back.

They saw growth in HHN 22, 23, & 24. That IP line-up wasn't exactly strong.

They'll find the selling point and market that. HHN 22 and 24 was hardly about Walking Dead but that's what got people there.

More than anything, I hope they don't scale back the amount of scareactors.

They may, but have them spread out like last year so it feels "full".

As long as the bottom tier of houses is better than 25's, I don't think many will care. We might not get a house in the tier of M&M, FVJ, or BC, but I'd take more consistent quality houses than a few amazing ones and a bunch with big flaws.

Well I'm not talking in terms in quality. I'm sure Creative doesn't walk into a board room and say "OK lets create 4 awesome house and make a few really crappy".

I just meant you might not see "Biggest House Ever" next year, a cutback on one zone, a few less actors, and the like.

Well it seems obvious they can't use the San Fran area again. Also makes sense to split 21 into 2 houses. I'd prefer having 10 houses and 4 SZ next year.

I'm sure they will come up with something that enables them use the word biggest or best when describing HHN 26. Maybe they will have less scare zones but have the biggest scare zone ever, maybe they will have the biggest house ever or go for 10 and have the most houses ever. Regardless of how, I'm pretty sure they will try to top this year somehow.

I think it'll be on the same level as 25. Its most likely gonna be 9 houses, a show (or two if we are lucky) and multiple scare zones. I don't think there will be a giga house (one minute longer :O) and yeah a zone or two but the quality and atleast most of the quantity will probably be the same. A&D has most likely planned for this

Let me just clarify with the best way I can explain as to what my point meant:

HHN 21 was a solid year of houses, and a few successful zones, but it wasn't as "grand" as HHN 20.

Obviously, the impact of construction will also present a roadblock.

Watch 26 end up being a repeat of 22 with a last minute construction announcement for Kidzone.

The Kidzone closure will probably not be last minute due to its rumored Early 2016 closure is a given at this point for Nintendo.

That being said, I do think we have one more year at the Studios, with these locations more-or-less

~Shrek 4D (Entrance where it was last year)
~SS21 (Two Houses)
~SS24 (Two Houses)
~Parade Building (Entrance over by Springfield)
~ The Two Tents (Entrance over by Springfield and MIB Exit)
~ Men In Black Overflow (Entrance next to Bill and Ted)

It'd make it nine houses, and would still be good for three scarezones over by Production Central, Hollywood and New York. I do not think we will see Central Park used due to Kidzones closure and most certainly not San Francisco again due to Fast and Furious work going on. That being said, its going to be interesting.
