Here is what we know from Rookie about the IP:

- The IP is popular with the general public and horror-adjacent. That pretty much knocks out “cult classic” and anime. This is something that Universal believes is a big enough IP that can headline despite not being obvious horror.
- It’s not a music artist or musical act.
- The HHN fandom will likely respond to the IP by vocally saying it doesn’t belong in a similar way they reacted to Eilish.

I’m also confident, based on stuff I’ve been told from others, that the IP is a TV show and/or movie. While that doesn’t eliminate all video games, it does eliminate most of them (and the popular enough to occur despite not being “horror” will likely eliminate most other video game options).

Assuming we can take all of these clues at face value, there’s actually not as many options as it would appear at first glance. Of those options, we can likely start taking some off the table to actually narrow things down.

But is it insanely popular with the GP? Would it get them to go "OMG! SCOOBY DOO HOUSE! LET'S BOOK OUR FLIGHTS NOW!"

The only potential IPs I can think of that would fit Legacy's clues are Batman or Squid Games.

Yeah I'm starting to think that Scooby-Doo is a possibility. Squid Game fits the criteria as well.

The property *clearly* isn't some cult classic movie.

I would say Silence of the Lambs has too many horror elements to be considered "horror-adjacent". I feel like majority of HHN fans would agree it belongs at the event, instead of splitting them.

You’ve mentioned this several times now... Between existing contracts of DC/WB in other theme parks and the Marvel/Universal deal - I would not bet on that happening at all.

Imagine if the IP is Mars Attacks. Such a silly movie and will probably never happen, but it would be cool to have those aliens jump out at you.

Legacy said earlier that he knows the answers to speculation of Squid Games and Stranger things- he also said he doesn’t know this one. I don’t think it’s squid Gomes.

*side note, i’d love to be corrected but I don’t see how squid game fits at all- besides the creepyred light/green light girl, their would just be a lot of close up gunshots- probably too many.

I did not see anyone mention FNAF yet. The final installment, FNAF: Security Breach came out in December and I have definitely seen FNAF merch at HHN before…the movie is also in the works at Blumhouse. Thoughts?

Are you talking Five Nights at Freddies? It's been brought up several times. The movie is also basically dead. The speculation also said it wasn't a video game- I think it's safe to rule out FNaF.
