If you have a character as a bartender adhering to that, it's an utter waste of the character as they're focused on working and not performing.

On the flipside, if you have a character bartending while they're performing/doing some sort of meet and greet...I guarantee those drinks are NOT going out quickly and the lines are going to be absolutely hellish.

Not to mention, you also have to then cast people for those characters that also know how to bartend. It does take a certain skill.

Also, if Chucky is in the rotation, how does he bartend? lol.

All this being said I don’t think anything is keeping universal from making elaborate indoor bars to add capacity and get guests off the streets.
