Both Lady Luck & Chance have been added to the artwork.

They weren’t added. They were always there.

They just weren’t put on the shirt.

Also, the two streets are absolutely packed, and there’s even more to come. This seems like a great year for zones!!

Not exactly, it's hard to "add" something when that's what it was planned to look like from the beginning. Hence why Legacy said they were always there.

As for the streets, yeah this feels like a benefit of having an extra year to work on them. NY looks great, and this is easily one of the more unique setups we've seen for Plaza of the Stars. I'm very intrigued to see what pops up in the other zones.

Probably not. Orlando's opening ceremony is mainly a lil thing that only those at the very front of the gates and the Hello Kitty Stay and Scream can see. (They don't let general admission guests into the park until the ceremony is over.) It's literally just a couple characters, not a whole scare zone cast or two for a mob rush.

Back when I started going to the event for HHN 24, I remember this being a much bigger deal. I still only ever saw it once b/c it makes more sense to do Stay & Scream.
