You can definitely see the rock work in the lower corner is in its final stages. The grass looks more natural and the rock work looks weathered.

He wasn't comparing the based on size, he was comparing based on original budget vs. actual budget.

2/3rds of the Mission Space pavilion was cut from it's budget.

This, on the other hand, is 100% over budget. Resulting in the world's first billion $$$$ theme park land. This will impress.

This is ridiculous. While what they're doing looks impressive, there is no reason this should cost a billion dollars. It sickens me to think all of Animal Kingdom cost less to build than this one land.

Good point on the cost. Disney Imagineering and their entire processes definitely need overhauled. When a Little Mermaid ride costs around what Forbidden Journey costs, that tells you something is wrong. This land will be impressive but imagine what Universal could have built with that same budget plus cost over runs.
