Probably never. Like a kid at Grad Bash not graduating, being banned from the parks, and so on.. for something relatively minor like line hopping.

Which brings up the question.. at what point does the punishment vastly outweigh the "crime" ?

It's a theme park attraction that people are interested in seeing. What monetary damage is there in a leaked photo? An amount worth a termination (and no rehire and blemish on the resume) and park ban?

At some point you have to remember: It's a theme park.

I get it, but just don't leak it. It's a super simple thing not to do.

They still just don't have to take it. The punishment is also meant as a deterrent. If you let someone talk you into doing something that clearly has a severe penalty whose fault is that?

This is nothing new in the corporate world. I worked on HR systems for a private company that competitors would love to get the salaries and benefits of some of the top execs. I had to sign an agreement that I would not disclose any information or I would get fired. I don't care how much someone would ask me for the information or even offer me money for that information, I would never give it up. Not worth my job or the blemish on my record.

It is simple, just don't take a picture. End of Story.

I had great compassion when a certain member on here got banned. But I have zero compassion for someone who signs something and then breaks that contract. They knew better and did it anyways.

You made it clear with your anecdotal evidence where you stand on the issue.

Comparing your HR job with benefits and a salary being very similar to being 18 and a student and working at a theme park for $7.25.

The Kong photo that was released online a few weeks back was taken by a member of the film crew that was onsite doing the Kong commercial. I guess it was uploaded online just minutes after he took it. He was crucified by the production company, Universal, and perhaps even Uni Legal. It may even be an ongoing affair.

Understandably so. I would hold that person to much higher standards than a TM.

I don't think anyone would disagree that what the person did was dumb and clearly against policy. It's a matter of punishment fitting the crime.

But this isn't wrong place and time. I would bet they had to either sign something or were told multiple times to not leak or post anything ride related yet they did. Not going to feel sorry for someone for that.

Compassion isn't feeling sorry.

My wrong place wrong time moreso was about the fact that you can ask someone in your party to hold your drink for you during HHN and if they don't have a 21+ wrist band you could be pulled from the park and interrogated and almost trespassed/banned for life.

why at universal early park admission waits months until they change what park has earkly park admission why cant they switch more often like every day change what park has early park admission like disney does or who would like extra universal hours at night
