Glad you posted. Kong is not one of the EPA rides so it opens with the rest of the park.

They were never propped up. The sticks were to pull on them to make sure they were locked. But they stopped doing that about 2 weeks ago or so.

Are they running 4 trucks yet at once? We know they have at least 4 operational but I don't think I've personally seen them run more than 3 when I was there.

Glad you posted. Kong is not one of the EPA rides so it opens with the rest of the park.

It isn't officially EPA, however they are dropping the ropes down near Potter much earlier than at the front of the park (at least 7:30-7:40 isn), as when we got to the front of the ride from walking from the front (at 7:56), a fully loaded vehicle was already passing us, and the line was up to the beginning of the indoor section. We were the first ones of the regular entry to get in line, and we were waiting for 30 min.

Is there going to be express?? I know it would skip the good parts of the line, but for rerides?

At some point there will be. They currently send GAP people up the exit and there is a small rope queue next to the exit. So I can see when single rider becomes express they will move single rider to the exit queue.

Feels the same. Looks very different. With way more ambiance and the fact that the darkness hides the fact you are in a theme park and immerses you more. Only gripe is that by the access gate to the side road there is a giant flood light that was on and was very bright. It seemed like a work light that was left on or something. Besides that I would say night is the ideal time for the outside portion to be viewed at.

Posted wait times Monday at 12:40PM.....Forbidden Journey: 45 minutes.....Reign of Kong; 105 minutes.....Spider Man: 75 minutes.....................Since I've been looking at this on a daily basis, it appears Kong, when it's running, lessens the previous line times for Forbidden Journey, but it doesn't have any effect on Spider Man....Just an observation comparing previous crowd levels using TouringPlan's line rating levels.
