Interesting. Kwik-E-Mart won't be affected. But that's A LOT of the waterfront. Very interesting.

I dunno about that. Permits call for the demolition of the bathroom fixtures.

I need to read the permits regarding the restrooms again (the site is down right now). What I understood from them is that the restrooms will be demolished or partially demolished and rebuilt.

That sort of confirms that they will be staying based on what I've seen then... or at least they won't be completely torn down.
