Interesting. Kwik-E-Mart won't be affected. But that's A LOT of the waterfront. Very interesting.

I dunno about that. Permits call for the demolition of the bathroom fixtures.

I need to read the permits regarding the restrooms again (the site is down right now). What I understood from them is that the restrooms will be demolished or partially demolished and rebuilt.
