Thanks for the heads-up! I didn't get the email so I probably would have missed the sign up if it weren't for you guys. Of course, being a Costco Pass Holder, I'll have to go during the week. So, it's going to be Tuesday after work. But at least I get to go!

Is there any way to change the day we RSVP? Went for next Saturday but forgot I have a commitment on that day.

I don't believe you can change it, but as long as you RSVPd, I don't think USH will turn you away if you come during a different day and present the invitation. Call GR just in case to find out, but either way, I don't think it'll be an issue. Just play the dumb consumer, and go "ohhh, I thought it was for today, I came all the way out here just for this."

It works...trust me.

I just listened to the radio advertisement for the ride. They mentioned something about falling off an overpass.

Also, I'm thinking I might be at the park right when it opens of hopes that I can get a ride in before I have to work at 3:00. I'm hoping softs will happen.

I'm trying to figure out the logistics of this event. How can they possibly make the studio tour open to only APs. Separate loading area maybe? Or they could close the Studio Tour down for the hours of the Super Charged and open it in the afternoon for park guests? Hmm.

Entrance for the AP preview is at the black gates to the right of Will Call next to WaterWorld. My guess is express teams will depart from behind WaterWorld go behind FJ and make a right turn before heading to the Tram Unload and that takes you straight to the ride/attraction.

Guests who have RSVPed for the event simply take an Express Tram. I assume they'll take a similar route used for the Terror Tram, but making a different turn to end up at F&F rather than Whoville.

Since there are a bunch of videos and props building up to the ride throughout the tour, will we have access to see those on the express trams?

^ My guess is no. Maybe a clip or two or three that normally would play before Supercharged is supposed to start, while we're being driven there, but not every clip.

Seeing those pictures, it sounds like softs are likely to happen Thursday. I'll be there in the morning to renew my pass and get a ride in.

When reviewing my ticket for the pass holder preview, I noticed that I could have reserved a time on a block out day and they would have simply let me into the park. Wish I'd known that before I booked my time slot.

I plan (as well as many other theme park friends of mine) plan on being there on Friday. I don't think it will soft open before that.

Not to say that a soft preview won't happen Friday, but there is an event that is not open to the general public regarding F&F that day. So my guess is that it won't happen on Friday.

No Back to the Future stunt show for Nighttime Studio Tour. I doubt Universal will mark the movie's 30th in any way, sadly....

They're the stunt company behind WaterWorld, I have a few friends part of it. I knew they were doing something on the black lot end of last week, but I didn't know what. Wonder if this has anything to do with filming a promo stunt for a BTTF event or if it was just a coincidence.
