Locations For Refernce:

Red Oven Pizza Bakery: Occupying former Quick Serve Pastamore.

Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food: Occupying former Latin Quarter space.

Hot Dog Hall of Fame: New location across from former Latin Quarter taking over Galaxy Bar in the process..

The Cowfish: Occupying current (soon to be former) Starbucks location with entrance on the bottom floor in between Pranzo and Red Oven.

Pranzo: Occupying former Pastamore space.

Cold Stone Creamery: Next to Starbucks.

Bread Box: Upstairs in former Cigarz location and side plot.

Menchie’s: Next to Element.


Side comment: They seem to have used Pranzo in the official slide during the presentation, but not in the press release/concept art.

Menchies is going into TCBY and Hot Dog is going into the Galaxy Bar.

With how they seemed to alter the Starbucks space for Cowfish, I would expect UO to make some design changes to CityWalk so that the new tenant's don't suffer the same fate.

Also. Bread box seems to taking over all of the Cigarz and sloped hill spots.EDIT: Menchie's is closer to Element.

If you look at the concept art for Coldstone, it will be sharing the space downstairs with Starbucks... When looking straight at the area, Starbucks will be on the left, coldstone on the right.

But the clubs are still there. :shrug:

Not clear Antojitos will have a LQ-like club aspect. But saying, 8 new things, none is a refurbished/revitalized club. Allowing something to get stagnant isn't as bad as tearing it down ... but it can be the first step toward it.
