Imagine people start to bring in bottles wrapped in brown bags lol. OR...no one has mentioned the fact that the GP(general public) or some of them may assume butterbeer is alcoholic! So when they find out they aren't full of toxins...laughter ensues.

I'm not even of age, but I still wish there was an alcoholic version. That's what big sisters are for, right? ;)

Si Felipe, naci en Venezuela, y me mude a los EEUU a los dos años. Raramente aprendi Español aqui, jaja. De donde eres tu? :)

Regarding softs, I'm sure Universal is about ready to soft open at around April 9th's time, but maybe they still have to accommodate some more things for capacity. If by on chance Universal decides to soft the 9th or 13th, I'm leaning on a 'no' for Forbidden Journey's sake. But, we'll see. I'm planning to go on April 11th, the day after I get my annual pass. :O

My friend once brought in pink champagne into Universal disguised in some plastic bottles, like it was soda. I guess if it looks like something legal/safe, and as long as they don't smell it, youre safe! lol! I guess you could disguise vodka in a water bottle and add it to the butterbeer

Yes that's what I meant & Felipe like I said if "everything" had to open (soft or other wise) at once that would include FJ. So maybe "all the shops" ect. but to have to wait to train TMs (with guests) that have nothing to do with FJ just because it's not ready for soft really makes zero sense. So things will open before FJ unless FJ is running very well so it wouldn't slow down the training for other parts of the area.

Soyou.. sorry you didn't get a warm welcome but when people claim they know things right away it doesn't rub off on some people the right way. Do I believe you? YES but do I still believe others like SAS? YES WHY? you may ask because no one person has the entire story. (unless you the CEO of UO of something crazy) So SAS could know things from one side & you could know things from another place. So from what you hear it's not happening but your higher ups could change their mind or may not be telling you everything. So play nice everyone because not one "insider" can know all sides of things.

Yo soy Argentino (como Wally, otro usuario de este foro). Vivo en la Florida central desde hace unos 10 años :D

Nice! Make sure to get the Preferred AP! As other have stated, you'll get great savings with the free parking, no blackouts and discounts on stuff (although I've read there will be no AP discounts in the WWoHP). Also, I'd avoid the FlexPay... I've personally had trouble with it... and if you pay the pass in full, next year you'll pay cheaper to renew it!

On the subject of AP discounts and the sort... and so I get back on topic :P I wonder if Universal's Meal Deal will include The Three Broomsticks... If it did I am SO buying the meal deal and trying EVERYTHING! :D But I fear they will not include it as one of the participating resturants...

That's cool. One of my sister's friends was from Venezuela. I also have a cousin from Portugal. But I'm half German, a fourth Irish, and the other quarter is a mystery. (My family tree is confusing as ****)

sorry to not reply in Spanish, but I'm a bit rusty (ok, that's a huge overstatement lol).

Finisimo! Es bien chevere saber que la comunidad hispana no se limita estar engrupados, jaja.

And thanks, I've been trying so hard to raise my savings to get a preferred, but I have to limit myself to a power. I'm kind of pissed, but I'm happy that I'll still be going to Universal unlimitedly, so I guess it's all good. Now, if only I had an extra $90 or so... Hahaha.

Haha, America's so multicultural, you can't even define yourself truly! I'm native Venezuelan, Spanish, and vaguely Portuguese. Don't worry, I'm sure everyone's family trees are screwed up someplace! Haha.

And that's perfectly fine. I've had to become fluently bilingual having come to the US at such an early age. :P

I'm a quarter Irish too! and very proud LOL! (just look my avatar...) :P Of my other three quarters, I know I have some Spaniard, French, native South American something or other, and the rest I can't remember/not sure. But of course we're all ultimatelly African, so we're all the same at the very core of us :D

So any ideas on the Meal Deal and the inclusion of the Three Broosticks? had anyone ever done the meal deal? I never found it worth it for me because I always just have one meal at the park... but for the Three Broomsticks I'd buy it :D

Oh man! I'd borrow it or something. Really, you will spend more than that on parking on just a couple of visits! Parking's up to like $14 per day now a days!

It seems the Meal Deal only covers some of the not-so-popular-but-kinda-poular restaurants. I doubt the Three Broomsticks will be added to the list, but, who knows? :)

Haha, we know, MantaGuy. :P

And regarding the meal deal, I also think it won't include the Three Broomsticks, at least not anytime soon. The restaurant is supposedly not excessively big, so I'm not sure how that whole ordeal will work out...

'Tis ok! I get sidetracked too! Btw, I take Spanish, but could only understand some of that.

What are the chances of Ollivander's having Express? Sorry if it's been discussed before. If they are going to have a line, It will probably get quite long, so....

I agree with those that say no to the meal deal including Three Broomsticks. Uni is going to want to get full revenue from every patron taking a seat there.

Yeah there is no way there will be an express line for any shop no matter how busy it gets. I know I read though that Universal is planning ahead for the busy time to form some kind of queue when needed for these places. As far as meal deal at broomsticks let me put it this way you have a better chance of getting the new color paint job for DC before the place opens than to have broomsticks included in it.

I'd be really a bad idea to have Express for Ollivanders or any shop... I'm sure all shops will be packed, but I doubt there will be lines. Ollivander's maybe, but not Express. Though I'm kind of worried about all the shoplifting that might happen in the crowded stores... I've heard so many stories from so many people about how they've themselves or they've heard that others have shoplifted things from Disney stores. I would never do anything like that, but not all people care and maybe that will make Uni start having lines for shops and security so they avoid that problem.

There might be sounds, maybe an animatronic hidden in there, but really, there's going to be tons of kids hangin' around that area, so, no. :ghost:
