Bare with me... I haven't been here all day so this is a humongous post
Felipe, I was calling out to you, hahaha. I was just trying to get your attention because the people on that chat were SO RIDICULOUS. I could only hang around for a couple of minutes. They did have random hate for BBPH, I was trying to call their attention to what he was saying, but they were listening to the little Potter voices in their heads randomly throwing out uninformed questions in the chat, hahaha. Just made me realize how much everyone on this thread is ahead of the curve. I mean REALLY ahead of the curve.
I know! Ain't it AWESOME?!
Im not sure how many of you remember back in November Universal launched a contest "The Road to Hogwarts Sweepstakes". I was cleaning out my email and I came across the notice... dug a little more and found some interesting information. First off for those of you who may want to visit the website for yourself...
http://www.theroadtohogwarts.com/#/hogwarts-map
The interesting info I found was under the rules area... it lists various prizes which may be won with aproximate $ values. I am guessing that these items will be for sale inside the land once it opens.
Think this will give us an idea about prices of various items from the park? Wands $35 each... far from what we were guessing!
I'm pretty sure all that is from the Noble Collection (items and the prices). Check it all out here:
Harry Potter Noble Collection
That'd be me! My name's Gustavo.
And that whole thing was hectic. I got my question answered, but addressing the wrong thing, lol. I think they should just give a two minute limit for questions, cancel the chat, and answer them as they come.
Oh awesome!! (Do you speak Spanish?)
It was crazy indeed! (as those Live PotterCasts always are, I must add)
There is a 34 second clip from Ellen's trip into WWoHP on her web site.
Thanks for the heads up! :rep:

Here it is...lucky kids lol. They show the opening gates for about 2 or 3 seconds.
Thanks for link!! :rep: What an awesome tease! Can’t wait till Thursday and Friday!!
Just to keep us talking does anyone this they would open the area without broomsticks open? Since we've heard training at least for there has been pushed a bit back. Thus having say most of the shops, FOTH, & DC open with the rest opening for soft when training is done or testing is done. They could still sell the Butterbeer at the cart so who thinks there a wild chance they would open up the area for soft with just some shops & the 2 rides open. This would maybe even be public soft before previews so the previews can include FJ for TMs & passholders when its ready? Just a random thought for those hoping it opens around the 9th still.
Didn't someone mention how there was an agreement to open everything together?
Great pics!! :rep: Thanks so much! I wonder when they'll finish that darn steeple, and were the green tarps off the Dragons' queue?
Um... "3-D visuals". Was this a misquote? I have heard 3D being struck down over and over again in this forum. I have no idea what is true when it comes to the ride. Few do, and those that claim that they do, if they do, shouldn't be speaking on such a forum as this.
Like crazyidea, I believe that most likely it's the same "3D-esque" technology as that used in the queue (with Dumbledore and the trio). Musion?
potter trash can and ash tray i think!
one of the follow spots i think it might be a projector that has the logo for the wizarding world shine down on the bridge
Thanks for all the great pics! That trash can and ash tray have always been there (and that is a "backstage" area for Lost Continent).
Good theory on the projector, but I'm not sure... doesn't sound like a very Wizarding World thing.
I posted 2 pics of the location of the Weasly's car over in the spoiler thread but then realized that a lot of folks are avoiding that thread and may want to see it so I will post the here also.
Seriously THANKS!!! :rep: I'm allergic to that thread
I've been reading this since January...and all the posts are still public, it's not a secret society. Lots of people follow Orlandounited.com, but aren't members. SAS is in the beginning of this thread...plus everyone has been bowing to the almighty SAS all over the WWOHP board even though so much of what he says isn't true. i joined when I couldn't just laugh to myself anymore and had to start posting.
Welcome to posting! I like your name
SAS came at us too hard, like he was trying to make us believe him. Insiders don’t do that… they try to lay low.
