I also found the voice-over to be a little over-indulgent. They should have been more subtle about the way he talked.

I loved it when he was talking about making sure you had a "great perspective of Hogwarts from every angle." *Cue video of Hogwarts with show building*

Dragion Woping Willow.... sounds like a porn star name. Sorry, I had to digress.

You have to admit though, on a perfect looking sky and day, it's easy to fail to notice the show building. But yeah, the one money shot in the 30 minute special with the show building showing on both sides was hilarious.

Yeah the special was lame but what did your really expect from it. I agree with King_K the one decent shot was of the sorting hat.

As far as them uping the time for softs FJ can't even seem to run for 3 hrs. perfectly (8am-11am) so how in the world are they going to get this thing ready for the capacity of the 18th. To say things will become very interesting is an understatement & I wouldn't be surprised to see FJ die late morning/ early afternoon the 18th & not recover the rest of the day. Hoping things look better over the next week for its track record

They'd have a lot of upset people if the ride crashes early on the 18th. I don't even want to think of it.

Yeah, it was an infomercial... and what was with Mark Woodberry? Unshaven? He looked like they brought him in from a two night stand at Parliament House. (oooh... stay clear of Teebin... he can be so unkind...) (an Orlando joke, nothing else)

The NBC "special" really was a comercial. My daughter liked it. I have kept just about everything I find out on these boards from my children. I want them to be SUPER happy when they see the park for the first time. Tonight was a really nice teaser for daughter. Oh the expresions on her face! She is really excited about our up coming trip.

Watching the MTV Movie awards now but there was no mention of any of the HP characters. I am not a MTV fan, haven't watched it since the late 80s ha!

--- Update ---

Emma Watson is up for best female performace. but Christen Stewart of Twilight won

--- Update ---

To vote for the Best Movie Text 66333 C for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

I have never been a huge Potter fan. Had seen parts of all the movies, but never an entire one, as they never quite held my attention. A friend bought the 5 dvd set, and I sat down and watched all of them in their entirity, and then rented the 6th one. I think it really helps one appreciate all that has gone into this entire land, and highly recommend that you see ALL of the movies.

You could never watch one of the movies in its entirety? Yeeesh.

Well, at least KFC gave me the correct numbers when it comes to the length of the ride... just under 4 minutes was what I was told by the colonel MONTHS ago. Gotta love accurate info. Lets one know who to trust in the future.

Well that was a disappointment... I kind of expected it, for a 30 minute program of an attraction that is not open yet (which is probably only around 20 minutes of actual program taking out commercial time) ... but I would have wanted to see some more new stuff, and some more of the "Making" aspect. Too much exaggerated praise from the actors, most of which we had already seen; 10% of new stuff that was cool, but it flew by so fast that it was hard to savor it; AND no Jo Rowling! :-( I'M A SAD PUPPY! I hope one day they will have a better, more in-depth version of the actual Making of the WWoHP.

Does anyone know if AP discounts work on the Potter merch. that is for sale in Port of Entry? If it does, that would be an awesome loop hole!

On the MTV movie awards? I'm behind on it, so I haven't seen the trailer yet if you mean the one there.

That would be, but the discount is per item, not per store. Like you can get AP discount for food and regular drinks in restaurants, but not for alcoholic beverages. The same way in CityWalk, there's products like the Kodak disposable cameras they sell that do not have a discount.

Geeez Jmaff... I assumed you were 32-36 years old. Never checked your profile. You are far younger than I imagined. So, all of my posts tonight were posted by someone that stole my account.
yeah... they stole it from me and I just now retrieved it. The things that fake posted... just naughty.

Thats terrible! You should put a ton of firewalls on your account so nobody else tries to sign in on your account!
