I would assume they received a near cost discount. Otherwise, no one but execs would attend.

Mock service is free but only open to invited TMs (mostly management). They are restricted to only ordering certain items for each group and generally they get a choice of 2-3 apps (with one or two shared per table based on group size), 4-5 entrees and a couple of desserts. Each table is given different groupings of choices so the kitchen gets to practice a wide array of stuff. In this case they didn't get desserts, but instead each got to choose one of the milkshakes or sundaes. They get a bill which is comped (unless they order drinks or other things not included), and tip based on the value rather than the charge.

By the way, found out with the milkshakes as much stuff is on it is also IN it. For example just like the cupcake on top of the shake, there is an entire cupcake blended INTO the shake.

This restaurant is going to be very successful. We're up to 49 pages on this thread and it's not even open to the GP until next week. This is getting attention like it's a ride attraction. As an example, the Antojitos thread is 6 pages long and the "entire" Citi Walk expansion thread with all the new restaurants that opened in the past two years is 55 pages. Toothsome is really hyped for interest. :thumbsup:

Yes, and the entire CitiWalk expansion thread is 55 pages (see my above post) including a large number of new restaurants. This Toothsome interest is successful hype.

...Something smells off to me about the lawsuit. If he wanted to make the lawsuit, he could of made it when Toothsome was announced. Perhap's that is just me, but that's the vibe i'm getting off the lawsuit, so who knows.
