As for who handles these projects, I don't know either.

I do know graphics/signage is handled by the same team as the parks.

It does seem like the project was going very slowly, then suddenly picked up a lot of steam (no pun intended!), and I'm sure the sign is very elaborate...the temporary one isn't that bad and if it means the restaurant opens faster, so be it.

Yeah, that delay signifies to me that there was a redesign/re-engineer at the last moment much like F&F.

Only trouble is we might not be able to tell what time it is on a windy day.

I really would like to hear a creative time every hour going across all of CityWalk. I just hope if they did this they would point the speakers towards CityWalk so it wouldn't be heard much in the parks.

I don't think it will chime, but there could be some kind of mechanical sound effect. Antojitos chimes already.

I've heard the 16th is what they are shooting for for mock service so opening on the 23rd seems plausible.
