Pretty crazy to think a crane will be needed to get vehicles in.

There are no garage style doors on the first floor? That is queer as piss.

Wow, surprised at that garage-like opening!

Don't think we'll see much progress for a few months...:'(

Now, THAT would be the money shot, shots of the Evacs gettin put into the building! Probably too good to be true as Im sure theyd be in a crate of some sorts anyway, but that would still be an amazing shot of in itself.

The only two openings big enough to accommodate a vehicle of that size is minimum 20ft above the ground. Ive been watching and unless I'm missing something they have to go up to get in.

They would be exposed vehicles I would think, but it would definitely be a job for overnight only.

THATD EVEN BE WORSE!!! Evacs gettin installed & none of us around to take pics?!!! If thats the case, hopefully a construction worker can come through for us (& not get caught) But what about other set pieces. Think they are already installed, or do they still need to bring them to the site to be assembled?

There does appear to be a ground level "garage door" on the side of the building facing New York. It is at the bottom of the scaffolding. There is also a same size opening above it, as well.

The trolley hoist is also located in that location. This would be used for installing and removing RVs.

Could the top opening also turn into an emergency exit?

There is a door on the ground floor side directly across from Mels Diner that is wide enough for the vehicles to be brought into the building. But yes y'all are correct...the vehicles aren't scheduled to be brought into the building until all the day guests are gone and the park is completely empty. I don't believe the doors on the upper floors of the building are tall enough to fit the scoops..oops I mean Evacs through them. From what I know about the vehicles already from the base of the cars to the top of the vehicle it's a little over 8 feet. Unless some will be brought in through the top and others on the ground floor. They have been making some interior progress. The inside is currently being cleaned so the next phase of construction on the interior can begin. I also noticed yesterday when I was there that the first level of concrete blocks have been finished. No doubt this project is taxing both oimg Nassal and Adirondack and I must say..at least from Nassals side they are doing an excellent job.

How do you guys think marketing this thing will will go?

Maybe Bumblebee and Prime doing the rounds on I Drive? What did they do for the Hollywood Version?

They'll probably market it in with WWoHP as a reason to get a 2 park ticket.

On a side note it would be funny to see peoples reactions when they get evac'ed () on the second floor when they didn't even realize they went up.

Then what is that upper door for? The vehicles can all be lined up nose to tail on the first floor when the ride is shut down can they not?

Given the current state of affairs, what's the concencus around a soft opening before 4th July? Is that still a bit hopeful?

It's supposed to officially open in the Summer, so I'd say it probably will be soft opened before July 4th, before the big summer crowds come in July-August. Even though it's the third time they've built this attraction, I bet they still need to get a good amount of time in softs, for training purposes and what not. I'm gonna take a wild guess and predict softs for late May or early June, similar to WWoHP 1.0.

& since we'll probably never see any of the interior progress (unless they do another tv special), here are some more stills from the NBC special of them working on the ride. From what I've seen of Transformers in Singapore, it seems there vehicles are the only ones that has a red interior, where the one in Hollywood looks like it has the blue interior, so is it safe to assume that the images of the red interior vehicles are from Singapore? It also looks like a possible mock up track & not the actual attraction itself, as sets dont look complete, parts of the building are painted red, the track just randomly ends & it doesnt look like the elevator shaft, etc.

I also noticed how in these pics, there are no rear wheels painted onto the sides of the vehicles that we see in the finished products.
