Why do you all think that the Rockit is an eyesore? I love it!

If Bill wants this open in two weeks, then they will definitely be hauling to try and get there. Pay attention to what maintenance is doing and any activity and word on that from various birds (hopefully one lands on my shoulder as well... :-X ), since that will be the biggest indicator.

I'm not sold on the timeline, but if Bill wants it open...

I'm not sold on it either. Universal can rush all they want, but they can't make Oceaneering magically get cars ready in 2 weeks.

Don't shoot the messenger, but EP previews will probably follow the week after grad bash on the 17th, and 18th immediately, followed by softs.

I agree! I think it looks beautiful in Production Central and I love how unique it is from all the rest.

All over Florida as well, as it seems there is always construction going on.

They don't bother me at all and make sense with the military theme.

If it wasn't for the RV situation I would believe it, heck I was the guy who said Late March through Mid April was a target a few months ago. But just like anything else, things happen. Btw is this info really coming from Bill Davis or is it coming from someone who is currently splitting time between Orlando and Japan? (Nothing to do with Potter or its affiliated consultants btw). :sneaky:

The "Jersey Barriers" are the least objectionable "theming" IMO. Funny.

I mean, the fact that they only have a few RVs. The lifts don't work. The upper floor has yet to be tested with the rest of the ride and the general state of issues while cycling. I do not see 2 weeks as plausible. The ride may be nearly done on the outside, but the inside isn't even close.

Most likely a sign for Stroller parking. God knows they have to support a lot of that.

I agree. Only thing at this "top secret" military base that you'd actually find at a top secret military base.

The lifts don't work? The second floor hasn't been tested?

Please explain this to me.

I seriously don't get the hat for the Jersey barrier idea for a wall between the queue switchbacks outdoors and the park's walkways. Makes it blend much better than just metal queue bar lines.

If you want to stop a vehicular assult on your bldg. you install jersey barriers.

I'd like to see the barrier topped with a 6 foot mini mesh fence than topped with Razor wire, now that says NY right there

As of two days ago the RV lifts were still not functioning and the entire building has yet to be run as a loop.
