As of two days ago the RV lifts were still not functioning and the entire building has yet to be run as a loop.

When I read the lifts don't work, I take it as if they have never worked. Is that what you are saying?

Correct. They have yet to be made operational. Not that they are broken. Just not finished/operable.

Not according to my sources... I've heard they have successfully completed full cycles. It's just ironing out the kinks with the new RVs on site

^ well, it probably is photoshop or illustrator, but it is a slap-dash corporate job of it.

The barriers make sense for a construction zone, yeah. And sure, they fit the military theme. But there's nothing about the barriers that make me like them next to TF. Not to mention they're only on one side of the building so it seems a little off-balance.
I just need something about this building to really POP, aesthetically. The obvious gray-colored theme throughout the building will make Optimus stand out even more, and THAT'S what I'm looking forward to. Something that will catch my eye.
