Still no building permit filed for SS44 replacement.

As for Potter permits, initial review is complete on most of them. Just a matter of submitting revisions and waiting for the aspects that were originally disapproved to be looked over and approved.

What permit did you read Reel that mentioned precast concrete? Can you post the document?

Too, "Demolition, New Foundations, Building Shell, Interior Build-Out" appears to be all encompassing...

They aren't demolishing 'new foundations' or building-out anything yet... This sounds like the total package to me.

That was a notice of commencement not the permit.

The only permit that was filed and issued was the demolition permit, not the buildout permit, unless I read the situation wrong.

I guess my point is, the request for all permits have been requested to a limited degree. I wouldn't be surprised if Uni asked for the delay in everything except the demo. They are getting sick of us watching which side they part their hair on these days.

I wouldn't be surprised. They've been asking for things to be pulled from the site after people have been finding their stuff.

Actually, I think that was blown out of proportion. Everything they posted on SFWMD last week is still accessible (they even added stuff to the latest filing). I just think the 722 plans were too revealing and they were right to take those down. Business has gone on as usual.

Amazing how concerned they are about air borne contaminates. It's raining yet they still wet it down. Is that an OSHA rule or just left to contractors and/or Uni?
